Mckayla's Birthday Drum Cake - 3 years

This pasted summer Mckayla turned three years old! I asked her, "Mckayla what do you want your Birthday Cake to be?" "A DRUM!" And so it was...a drum this year. I tried to make it a little girly. Regardless of the color, she loved it! She was so excited to have a Drum Cake. So next summer when shes four who knows what she will come up with. =D

I used a regular boxed organic cake mix and my own icing with food coloring...And it was pretty darn good. The icing wasn't organic but, it sure tasted good. It was confectionery sugar, milk and good coloring.
