This is an easy 20 minute or less meal that you can throw together in minutes. My picky eaters really love it. These patties are even better the next day if you have left overs, which in our house that doesn't happen too often. =)
1 canned Salmon, Double "Q" Pink Salmon
1 cups of Bread Crumbs
2 eggs, 1 egg if they are large eggs
Mix together and make into size able patties. Fry patties till brown. Place on paper towel to let the oil drain off.
I wasn't sure how Mckayla would like this meal, but believe it or not she loved it!!
