These are wonderful biscuits that our family loves to eat! I got them from the book Cookies by ilaire Walden that I was given a few years ago by a very good friend. There are many types of irresistible cookies, brownies, biscuits and bars in this book.

These soft biscuits and delicious warm, split and spread with garlic butter; served with any soup or a main dish.

2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
