Having Some Elefun Time...

We have this new game that we just got the other day for the kids to play together. Most of the games we have are more for Mckayla's age and Connor just hasn't quite got it just yet. But soon he will. So, we got this EeleFungame at Targetand both of them seem to really enjoy it. It is a little more down Connor's lane and he really enjoys it but whats a fun game when just playing it yourself? :)


Connor was getting so excited about it that he just was plain worn out for a minute! Too cute!

It's Her Name

The other night Mckayla was working on spelling her full name and she asked, "Why did you give me such a hard long name?" LOL I don't know, hun It's what your daddy, Jesus and I came up with. :) "Oh, okay...I guess it's okay, it's just hard."



After living here going on three months now. We finally get to move all of our stuff out of storage and into our new house that we made into our home. We got our new carpet yesterday, so that has been a real treat! The carpet was here in this place for almost 40 years! Yeah, so needless to say, this whole house needed major updated! Can't wait to show pictures in a few weeks. There will be lots more redoing old furniture, crafting, etc. Be on the look out.

Happy Columbus Day!

Hope everyone has a nice Columbus Day! :) Had to leave you with a few of my favorite pictures from the Beach of our oldest daughter. As I was looking at some Ocracoke pictures. I couldn't help but pick this one out. I can't believe our oldest is in kindergarten already. Where is the time going. It was just like yesterday that we were going into the hospital to have her. If only we could rewind back in time just for a little bit and then fast forward them to today.

Mckayla's New Bike

Thought that I would share a few pictures of Mckayla's birthday bike and how much she enjoys it! Good thing, huh!? The other day, I took the kids to the park. We packed up the stroller and packed up Mckayla's bike with return had lots of fun!!

Two Adorable Kids Right Here...

Look at our handsome little man! I took this morning before Sunday School. And couldn't help but think how big out kids are getting! This next picture both our kids playing so well together for almost the first time. It was adorable, like a little old married couple cooking in the kitchen. =) This picture truly does make me smile.





Both kids are doing well. Connor has four teeth so far and looks like another is trying to pop through soon, so we shall see. But he has doing very well for teething thus far anyways. (knock on wood) :)

Quinn and I just celebrated our 5th year wedding anniversary yesterday. He was gone all day till about 4:30ish at a conference but came home with some amazing looking red roses! I have a wonderful husband! Then we dropped the kids off at our friends house for a few hours so we could have a dinner alone. What a treat! It so nice to be alone and have a nice and quite dinner. But it still amazes me that we still talked about our kids. lol...

So I was looking through some of our pictures from back in March right after Connor was born and I really can't believe how much Mckayla too has changed in her looks. Other than in her hair she really doesn't have that baby girl look at before. It almost made me cry. She is really getting so big so fast and I really miss it when she was even Connor's age. :( Here are just a few of my favorite pictures that I have found...Hope you don't mind me going back in time....
