1 cup of pecans (halved)
2 egg white
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1/3 cup of sugar (save 1 tablespoon for the very last)
Pre-Heat oven on 350* / Bake
Beat egg whites
Throw in pecans and mix together till all pecans are covered
Throw in cinnamon and sugar till all pecans are again all covered
One at a time, put pecans on cookie tray - Do not let any touch
Bake for 15-20 minutes - Depending on your oven
Let them cool for 5 minutes
Once they finished cooling place in bag or container
Add your 1 tablespoon of sugar that you saved and mix together till they are all covered.
Store in air tight container or bag.
