Here is a great recipe that I made up the other night. It was very yummy!!
1/2 pound of ground beef
small onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Nothing special, just quick and easy.
Ground the beef first along with the spices, salt and pepper. Add onions when the ground beef brown. I never add onions when ground beef is still rare...just doesn't mix well.
Let it simmer for about 10 minutes to let all ingredients merry together.
Add some great veggies to your liking. We really love corn, but you can use whatever. We also had the Garlic Bread that you can find here.
This is a great and simple meal. Have fun and just try something new. You never know, you may really like it.
