Chicken Curry

Again, this is another recipe that I can't take credit for. It's all my amazing husband! The other day he told me that he wanted to make some chicken curry for supper. And like every wife, by all means...you can't hold your husband if he wants to be the cook for the evening. =)

One thing that I love and that Quinn does just like me is that he just makes it up as he goes. So again, I don't have the ingredients that he used and how much.

He used:
S&B Oriental Curry Powder
Red Onion
Onion
Chicken Breast (shredded)
Salt & Pepper
Celery
Basil



Over a bed of white rice...It was AMAZING!!
