Green Bean and Chicken Casserole
This is what we had for today's lunch. It's was yummy and of course another meal that I just made up in my "Coffee Kitchen"
2 chicken breast - salt & pepper your chicken for taste
1 box of your favorite pasta, I used Rotini Primavera
1/2 bag of frozen green beans
1. brown your chicken to a golden brown. (make sure it's cooked through)
2. while your chicken is cooking - cook your pasta & warm up the green beans.
3. when everything is cooked. layer everything in a dish that can be put in the oven at *350.
First layer: pasta
Second layer: green beans
Third layer: chicken
Last layer: bread crumbs
With the pan that you cooked your chicken - put that pan on med/high heat. Add about 1 tablespoon of flour to make into a rue. Then add your about a 1 cup of your heavy cream to make a gravy.
One your gravy is made pour on top of the casserole and back for about 10-15 minutes.
Cook for about 5 minutes and Enjoy your meal!!
