Saturdays One Dish Wonders



This is one of your One Dish Wonders. Quick and easy meals that you can do and still spend time with your family. And the best part is that they love it!

Start with a pan that you can cook over the stove top and one that you can also put in the oven. (that's very important)

2 Boneless Pork
3 Potatoes, slices
1 Onion, slices
1/2 of a Carrot
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 to 1 cup of Bread Crumbs

1. Brown the Pork to a golden brown and then set aside to cool. In the same pan, place your sliced Potatoes, Bread Crumbs, Onions, Bread Crumbs, Pork (sliced) and last bu not least another layer of Bread Crumbs.

1. Put in oven at *350 for about 10 minutes (or less - depending how hot your oven gets)





Take out and let it rest for about 5 minutes before eating. Enjoy!
